3. Project requests & estimates

Submitting the order form does not create a contract or an obligation for either party. Any estimates, prices or timelines we share before signing an agreement are preliminary and may change once the full scope of the project is defined.

4. Services & separate agreements

Design, development, SEO and support services are provided under a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work that defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and number of revisions. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.

5. Payments

Payment terms (such as deposits, milestones and accepted payment methods) are specified in the project agreement. Work typically starts after the agreed deposit is received.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, code and design — belongs to SlipakDev unless otherwise stated, and is protected by copyright law.

For client projects, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment, unless the project agreement states otherwise. Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, stock images, themes) remain subject to their own licenses.

7. Portfolio & client reviews

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may show completed projects in our portfolio. Client reviews displayed on this website come from verified completed projects and may be translated into English; names may be shortened to protect client privacy.

8. Third-party links & services

The website may contain links to third-party websites and services (for example, Freelancehunt or Google). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
